[ENG] Shopee Free Samples Guidelines
To ensure a positive and collaborative environment, best practices have to be fulfilled once a free sample is received from brands. Failure to do so could result in a penalty imposed on the affiliate's account feature.

| Inappropriate or Low Quality Content | - Brand name and/or product are not mentioned - Not fulfilling agreed posting guidelines - Producing low/non-authentic quality content |
What happens if Free Sample guideline is violated?
Non-compliance with this guideline could lead to penalties, including a temporary ban or the termination of your free sample access or account ban.

Notes:
The above violation and penalty guideline are applicable for the unfulfillment of free samples only. All service/posting must be fulfilled after receiving free sample(s).
Affiliates may continue to receive free samples once the penalisation has been lifted.
How to Appeal for your Shopee Affiliate Account?
Affiliates can file an appeal to reactivate your Seller Centre account feature to receive free samples by submitting proof of posting via the Shopee Affiliates Violation of T&C Appeal Form.
- Please note that the Shopee Seller Centre account feature ban will be actioned once the initial notification has been sent. If an appeal has not been initiated within 5 business days, the appeal form will be rejected.
